Meet the Reese’s.
A Denver native (Joe) and an almost native of 20+ years (Christy) both share a personal passion for design, architecture, real estate investing, remodeling, short term vacation rentals and seeing people’s goals and dreams become a reality. They currently reside in Golden, Colorado with their two kiddos, two dogs and endless ideas for home renovations. They specialize in the Denver metro area and Grand County and presently own and run a short term vacation rental business in Granby, CO.
Joe Reese

After successfully closing a million dollars in sales less than a year of receiving his license, Joseph realized real estate is his calling. With unlimited potential, more opportunity to flex creative marketing initiatives, and connect with clients, it’s how he carries out his role as a broker. It ultimately helps clients find their place to call home.
Being a Denver native has proven to be a sought-after asset as Joseph inherently has a strong familiarity with the market, including the urban core and surrounding locales.
Joseph’s entire career is built around sales, marketing, strategy and people-oriented transactions. Joseph is a proud pioneer of the Colorado craft beer movement while employed as a sales manager for a beer, wine and spirits distributor. He worked his way up the ranks as director of operations at a winery and then regional manager for medical devices thanks to his familiarity with Colorado, responsiveness and savvy sales knowledge.
In his free moments, Joseph loves working with his hands from remodeling his former homes entirely. He’s also an avid cycler and is involved with Wish for Wheels to build and provide bikes for underprivileged students. A portion of every transaction goes to this cause.
Christy Reese

Over 20 years living, owning and renovating in Denver in various downtown neighborhoods Christy is passionate and has first hand knowledge of the Denver market.
Her use of strategy, marketing, styling and design help sellers optimize their home sales. Christy believes in helping both buyers and sellers go into the market with a thorough education on trends, strategies and a clear understanding of their personal and investment goals and how to achieve them.
She is also a psychotherapist and co-owner of Bonne Vie Collective LLC both of which experiences helps her immensely in short term rental know-how and strategies of the psychology of negotiation and crafting competitive, successful and smooth transactions.
Christy loves dinner parties, transforming spaces, playing outside and spending time with friends and her family. She serves on the board of Colorado Volunteer Doula’s and she’s also an avid supporter of a local non-profit Project Worthmore. A portion of every transaction goes to these incredible organizations.
